Scope of Position
To promote and support Oxfam India's work and its Flagship Fundraising event Trailwalker among Corporates and Individuals in Mumbai and thereby raising unrestricted revenue for its programs across the country from these corporates and individuals.
To network and bring in new and more corporate donors and raise unrestricted income through innovative, economical and sustainable fundraising from these new corporates.
Generate leads, acquire new corporate Donors and build relationships who will support Oxfam India's work through participation in Oxfam India Trailwalker in Mumbai year after year.
Build a new and fresh database of corporates for their team participation in Oxfam India Trailwalker in Mumbai and future events in the region
Acquire Individual teams from leads generated by Oxfam India digital teams
Face to face meeting with senior management people.
Work in coordination with other Trailwalker teams for better execution of Trailwalker event
Required Candidate profile
Skill and Competence
Minimum Qualification Graduation from any stream
At least 0 to 6 months experience required in Sales and Marketing
Excellent communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
Prior experience BPO sector in sales/lead generation would be desirable.
Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and constant learner.
High performance oriented/ target oriented, and self-driven to reach ambitious growth.
Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner.
Innovative, Aggressive & Persistent.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for performance.
Confident, pleasing personality.
Should have willingness to work as per the requirements of the job to achieve the said goals
Previous experience in managing relationships and making asks
During the course of employment the post holder may be required to move base on a temporary or permanent basis to any workplace controlled by Oxfam India
The candidate should be willing to travel within the region/country extensively and be deployed for extended periods in humanitarian response programmes in the field.
